On your Easy Prosper202 Install, I’m stuck on Step 4. What do you mean by browse for your domain, just type it in the URL? It just takes me to a 404 – NOT FOUND. I’m using hostgator btw. When I go into my cpanel and into FTP Accounts, nothing is there, then I just add a random FTP account and for some reason the rest of them show up. I then browse to my URL and it just takes me to an index.

Yes, what I mean is type in your domain and hit enter to browse to your site. I clear that up in the latest video updates.

Wow! Ok, I'm not sure what would cause that. You should be able to FTP straight to either the root of your domain or to the root of a subdomain with no problems. I've done many installs on HostGator.

The reason your going to an index page is you haven't uploaded the files and folders to either the root or your domain or a subdomain.

You have to unzip the file you download... Go into the folder and upload all the individual folders and files to the root of your domain or subdomain. It sounds like you upload isn't working correctly.

Since I can't see what's going on, I hope that helps out.
