Hey thanks for doing this video! I’ve always wanted to do a walkthrough but never gotten around to it. I’m going to link to your post and blog about your video. =)
Hey Jasper,
Thanks for stopping by… You’re welcome I love your LP CTR mod. It’s a perfect addition to Prosper202. I wanted to share it and hopefully make it a little easier to implement with the walk-through video.
Thanks so much for the link back and blogging about it. I really appreciate it.
Derek
Derek, Jasper,
I installed the mod and I’m happy with it – but I want to get the overall clicks # and CTR % without having to add up each value from each different network lander.
For example – I have 2 versions of 2 landers (2 different networks, but using same lander) – and I want to add up all my clicks and CTR% to see which lander is working and which one isn’t. Right now I have to eyeball or do it manually. Is there a way in Prosper to aggregate the data?
Hey Simon,
You should be able to go into Overview – Group Overview and pull that data. You can pick 4 things to sort by.
So if both landing pages are under the same campaign, then you can sort by say PPC Network, Campaign, and Landing Page… Maybe even Affiliate Network.
Try playing around and sorting with a few things and see if it gives you the data you want.
Hope that helps.
Thanks for leaving a comment… I really appreciate it.

Hey Derek, thank *you* for the useful blog post. Great stuff – and thanks for the reply.
I’m in Group Overview – I can select “–” for affiliate network/campaign, which gives me total clicks and clickthrus for ALL landers… but I can’t select “Lander A” or “Lander B” – because I first have to sort by “Aff Network” to have access to select “Lander A or B”…
So I guess I could ask you – how do you view your overall clicks and clickthrus if youre testing 2 versions of a landing pages and sending traffic to 2 or more networks?
I think even if I was using a rotating script instead of multiple landing pages with different links, I’d still have the same problem, because if my tracking was working correctly, the clicks and clickthrus would still be sorted among networks.
I hope I’m making sense… I could send you a screenshot if that would help? Just tell me where to send and I will.
Simon
Ah I think I may have gotten as close as I can by grouping by landing page. Would still be ideal if I could combine the rows that repeat the same lander, but I think this is as close as I can get.
OK I swear this is my last comment for now

Hey Simon,
You’re welcome… Glad it’s useful.
Hmmm… I generally look at the data manually. For me I’m trying to find the pattern that ‘s working. I also use multiple tracking solutions at the same time, so I have more data to look at.
Ok, so your wanting to overlay two different landers (based on networks)? So that you get one set of data for the two networks combined?
Is that correct?
Something you may want to try…
For Step #2 Affiliate Network: Name it your landing page for instance “sexy”
Then in Step #3 – In campaign name make sure you label the affiliate network.
That way when you sort your data, you can do it by affiliate network and lander…
Maybe do a quick test to see if that works for you.
I hope that helps out…
Thanks,
Derek
